Flow Labs (“we,” “us”) operates flowlabsconsulting.com. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it. Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, standard server logs, and nothing sneaky.
What we collect
- Information you submit. When you use the “Start a build” form, we receive the name, email, company, and message you provide. We use it to respond to your inquiry and for no other purpose.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability.
- Cookies. This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and scope prospective engagements.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To meet legal obligations, if any arise.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or rent your information. Ever.
- We do not share inquiry details with third parties, except service providers strictly necessary to operate this site (hosting, email delivery), bound to confidentiality.
- We do not use your inquiry to train AI models.
Retention
Inquiry emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless an active engagement requires keeping it.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion by contacting us through the contact form. Texas residents and visitors covered by other privacy laws may have additional statutory rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
