Capability / AI Agents

AI agents that do real work in your systems.

Your team does the same steps over and over — check the ticket, look up the order, update the record, send the note. An AI agent can do that whole chain for you. We're the AI agent development company that builds it safely.

Branching glass pathways in darkness with a single route lit end to end — an AI agent executing one chosen workflow

A chatbot answers. An agent finishes the job.

An agent doesn't just talk. It reads the request, looks up the info, makes the update, and sends the reply — the way a careful new employee would. The hard part isn't making it smart. It's making it safe to let loose in your real systems.

That's the part we've built our whole process around. The agent can only touch what it needs. Big or risky steps wait for a human yes. Every action gets logged. And there's always an off switch your team controls.

01/ What agents can take over

The jobs we hand to agents.

Step-by-step office work

Orders, claims, applications, onboarding checklists — the agent runs the whole list and flags anything odd for a person.

Customer requests, resolved

Not just "here's an article" — the agent actually does the thing: sends the refund, updates the address, books the slot.

Research and busywork

Checking vendors, comparing documents, pulling numbers into reports. Hours of desk work done in minutes, with sources shown.

Connected to your tools

The agent works inside your CRM, help desk, and billing system — through safe, limited connections we set up.

Rules and approvals

You decide what it can do alone and what needs a human yes first. Spending limits, do-not-touch lists, and an off switch.

Report cards, not promises

Before it goes live, the agent gets tested on real past cases. You see the score before it touches anything.

02/ How it works

How an agent earns your trust.

01

Map the jobWeek 0–1

We sit with the people doing the work today and write down every step, every decision, and every weird exception.

02

Practice runsWeek 1–3

The agent works through old, already-solved cases in a sandbox. We measure how often it gets them right before it goes near anything live.

03

Training wheelsWeek 3–5

The agent suggests, your team approves. As the scores prove out, it earns the right to do more on its own — one type of task at a time.

04

On the jobWeek 5–6

Live, watched, and logged. Your team gets the dashboard, the alerts, and the off switch. It's your agent now.

Every agent comes with a full activity log and an off switch. No exceptions.

Questions we get on the first call.

What can AI agents actually do today?

Steady, rule-based office work with a clear "done": sorting and answering tickets, processing orders and claims, entering and checking data, pulling research together, scheduling and follow-ups. A good test: if a careful new hire could do it by following your written steps, an agent probably can too — and it will ask for help on the judgment calls, just like that new hire should.

How do you keep an agent from doing something it shouldn't?

Layers, and none of them are optional. The agent can only reach the systems it needs. Risky steps — like sending money or deleting things — wait for a human yes. There are spending caps and rate limits. Everything it does is logged. And your team holds the off switch. We treat an agent like a new employee: it starts on probation and earns trust with results.

What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot talks. An agent acts. A chatbot can tell a customer where their order is. An agent can also send a replacement, update the record, and email the confirmation. Many builds use both — a chat window up front, an agent doing the work behind it. If you mostly need answers, see our AI chatbot development page instead.

How long does it take to build an AI agent?

Most single-job agents are live with training wheels in four to six weeks, then earn more independence over the next month as the scores prove out. Bigger programs are just that same loop, repeated — each agent paying off before the next one starts.

Which job would you hand off first?

Bring it to a 30-minute call. We'll tell you honestly if an agent can do it — and exactly how we'd keep it safe.

No theater. No black boxes. Scoped in one call.
