Capability / Integration

AI, added to the tools you already use.

Your team lives in a CRM, a help desk, some spreadsheets, and email. Our AI integration services put smart help inside those tools — so nobody has to open yet another app.

Software modules clicking together — AI plugging into the tools a business already uses

The best AI tool is the one nobody has to remember to open.

New apps create new habits, and new habits die fast. That's why standalone AI tools go unused. The fix is simple: put the AI inside the click your team already makes. The draft appears in the ticket. The summary lands in the deal record. The report shows up in the channel.

Most of the real work is plumbing — getting your systems talking to the AI with fresh data and the right permissions. That plumbing is the difference between a cool demo and a tool your team uses every single day. It's exactly the part we're best at.

01/ Where we add AI

The tools that get smarter.

Your CRM

Call notes written for you, follow-ups drafted, records filled in — inside Salesforce or HubSpot, where your reps already work.

Your help desk

Replies drafted, tickets sorted to the right person, unhappy customers flagged early — in Zendesk or Intercom.

Your data and reports

Ask questions in plain English and get answers from your own numbers — without waiting on an analyst.

Your back office

Invoices and forms read automatically into your ERP or books, with the strange ones flagged for a person.

Your documents and email

Meeting notes filed where they belong, knowledge captured, drafts started — in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.

Your permissions, respected

The AI only sees what the person asking is allowed to see. Nothing more, ever. That rule is built in from day one.

02/ How it works

Added in weeks, not a year-long project.

01

Map your toolsWeek 0–1

We list what you use, how data moves, and who's allowed to see what. Then we pick the one spot where AI helps most, soonest.

02

Connect the pipesWeek 1–3

We hook the AI to your systems with safe, limited connections — so it always has fresh, correct info to work from.

03

Put it where the work isWeek 3–5

The AI feature shows up inside the tool your team already uses. The people who'll live with it test it first.

04

Watch it and grow itWeek 5+

We track use, quality, and cost. When the first one proves itself, the next spot is obvious. That's the whole roadmap.

Questions we get on the first call.

What do AI integration services actually include?

Everything between "we have AI ideas" and "it works inside our tools." We connect your systems, feed the AI the right data, build the feature inside the tool your team uses, respect every permission rule, and hand you the dashboard that shows it working. One team, one price, one number to call.

Our software is old. Can you still add AI?

Usually, yes. Most "old" systems have more doors than people think — exports, reports, databases we can read safely. We've built good AI features on top of software that's old enough to vote. The first call is where we check yours. If the honest answer is "not worth it," you'll hear that too.

How do you keep our data safe?

The AI gets the least access it needs, everything is encrypted, and private details are masked where it makes sense. Most important: the AI answers each person using only the data that person is allowed to see. It all runs in your accounts, and we work inside your security rules — not around them.

We already pay for Copilot and our CRM's built-in AI. Why add more?

Keep them — they're a good floor. But each one only knows its own app. The big wins come from AI that can see across your tools: the CRM, the help desk, and the numbers at once. The practical answer is both: use the built-ins where they're good, and custom-connect where your workflow is special.

Which tool should get smarter first?

Bring your list of software to a 30-minute call. We'll point at the best first spot and price it on the spot.
